1. SERVICES

TheInfraTech provides AI engineering services including AI & automation, cybersecurity, enterprise and custom software development, web & SaaS development, digital growth, and design. The specific scope, deliverables and exclusions of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work.

2. ENGAGEMENT AND PAYMENT

Work is quoted per engagement. Pricing, milestones and payment terms are set out in the proposal for that engagement. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 30 days.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

We treat client systems, data and findings as confidential. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before any engagement that involves access to your systems.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership of deliverables transfers to the client on full payment, unless the engagement agreement states otherwise. We retain the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques and non-client-specific components.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The website and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TheInfraTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability under any engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located there, unless a specific engagement agreement provides otherwise.
